Text is lowercased and accents are removed, so "Cuánto" matches "cuanto".
A matching keyword adds 1 point and a matching quoted phrase adds 2. The score is divided by 3 and capped at 1 to give a confidence.
Below the threshold, the bot sends the fallback reply. Log those messages: they tell you which intents to add next.
