How each platform tells you to slow down
- Telegram: HTTP 429 with parameters.retry_after (seconds) in the JSON body.
- Discord: HTTP 429 with retry_after and a global flag in the body, plus X-RateLimit-* headers on every response.
- Slack: HTTP 429 with a Retry-After header in seconds.
- WhatsApp Cloud API: error codes in the response body (for example throughput or pair-rate errors); check the error code reference.
