Telegram: the bot can only message users who pressed Start, or groups and channels it belongs to. Text is 1-4096 characters after entity parsing.
Discord: webhook content is up to 2000 characters, username up to 80, and an embed title up to 256. Anyone with the webhook URL can post, so treat it like a password.
If the browser blocks the request (network or CORS error), copy the curl command and run it in a terminal.
