Designing flows that hold up
- Every question should have an escape hatch: a "talk to a person" or "start over" branch.
- Put AI replies behind a condition that checks confidence or user feedback, and route failures to a human.
- Branch labels map naturally to buttons: Telegram inline keyboards, WhatsApp reply buttons or Slack actions.
- The export format is a list of nodes with next[] arrays. Keep the conversation state (current node id) per user in your database.
