Slash command and option names: 1-32 characters, lowercase, letters, digits, hyphen or underscore.
Descriptions: 1-100 characters. Up to 25 options and 25 choices per option.
Required options must be listed before optional ones.
Guild commands update instantly and are ideal for testing; global commands apply everywhere.
default_member_permissions is a permission bit string; "0" hides the command from everyone except administrators.
